Ousted from the nearby Bridge Street Brewery in 2005, Dean Wright immediately set about installing a brewery behind his own pub, the Wine Vaults. Beers became available in December of that year, including the seasonal Quiver (5.0% ABV), which is no longer brewed. The beer is normally only available at the Wine Vaults, and at Beer on the Wye in July.
